Ingredients:

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • A glass of finely grated cheese
  • A tablespoon of homogenised cheese
  • Onion
  • Two tablespoons of oil
  • salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:

  • Chop the onion finely. We wash the tomatoes and cut their top, leaving "hats". We hollow vegetables and put the pulp into a bowl.
  • Warm up the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until they are fine. Add the tomato pulp and stew, covered, for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the homogenised cheese and yellow cheese to the vegetable stuffing. We add spices.
  • Fill tomatoes with stuffing and close with a top "cap". We put them in an ovenproof dish and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Our stuffed tomatoes are ready.
