Do you like fries? I guess many people love them. If you don’t like much oil which you can find in deep fried fries you can replace them for roasted potatoes. It’s healthier version of fries. You can eat them both with: fish, chicken, pork, beef and without anything because they are just great themselves.

Ingredients for Roasted Potatoes:

  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • paprika
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 ½ lbs potatoes
  • fresh/dried rosemary
  • Herbs de Provence
  • garlic powder

Preparation of Roasted Potatoes

  • Prepare oven and heat it to 250 degrees.
  • Peel potatoes and wash in water, then drain them on paper towel. Cut potatoes into quarters.
  • Put cut potatoes in a bowl. Add oil, all spices and stir everything.
  • Spread potatoes over a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm.
