The taste of shrimps and vegetables is emphasized by kaffir lime leaves and lemongrass. Curry is a one-pot dish with shrimps, vegetables and a rich sauce. Ingredients:

  • 16 shrimps
  • 1 canned bamboo shoots
  • 2 tablespoons red curry
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • ½ glass 30% fat cream
  • 6 kaffir lime leaves
  • 3 tablespoons lemongrass
  • 3 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • a few small carrots
  • 1 onion

Preparation:

  • Warm up the oil in a wok or deep pot. Add curry paste and fry it for about a minute. Then add chopped onion, small carrots and ginger. Fry slightly and blanch.
  • Add the spices, followed by the washed shrimps. Fry for about 4 minutes.
  • Then add canned bamboo shoots and fish sauce. Mix thoroughly.
  • After frying for about 4 minutes, pour the vegetables and shrimps with coconut milk and cream. Heat it without boiling. Our shrimp curry is ready.
