1 pound potatoes
1 small onion
1 tablespoon flour
Wash, peel and grate the potatoes. Do the same with an onion.
Add an egg, flour and a pinch of salt to the vegetable mix. Combine the whole mixture, which should be wet but not runny. If it is too runny, add some flour.
