With our recipe, you will make them quickly, easily and with pleasure. You can pour your favorite sauce on potato pancakes or sprinkle them with sugar.

  • 1 pound potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • salt
  • rapeseed/sunflower oil


  • Wash, peel and grate the potatoes. Do the same with an onion.
  • Add an egg, flour and a pinch of salt to the vegetable mix. Combine the whole mixture, which should be wet but not runny. If it is too runny, add some flour.
  • Warm up the oil in a frying pan and pour the mixture on it, trying to form round pancakes. Fry on both sides for about 2-3 minutes on each side. After this time, our potato pancakes are ready.
