Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of crispy flour
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • In addition: corn, lettuce, peppers,
    cress sprouts, arugula, pepper and salt

Preparation:

  • Pour flour into a bowl and add boiling water and oil.
  • Knead the dough thoroughly until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into a portion and sequentially put each portion to the board.
  • Roll the dough to make it thin and the cake is slightly transparent.
  • Grease the pan with oil and bake the tortilla for 10 seconds on one side. Lightly browned tortillas are ready.
  • We can serve our tortilla as an addition to dips or as a natural saucer for vegetables.
