Easy homemade bread

  • 2 pounds wheat flour
  • 0.5 pound wheat bran
  • 300 ml lukewarm water
  • 0.2 pound yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar


  • Yeast should be mixed with milk and sugar, set aside to rise.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients and make dough out of them, add yeast. Combine everything.
  • Grease a baking tray with fat and put the dough in it. Bread can be rubbed with an egg or sprinkled with seeds (sunflower, black cumin, sesame, poppy seeds), according to your preferences.
  • Bake the bread in an oven set at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes until golden brown. Our homemade bread is ready.
