Camembert cheese is one of the most popular blue cheese and it’s very popular in France. It is a symbol of elegant dinners and snacks that can be easily prepared. However, in many fast food restaurants you will find small cheese, coated in breadcrumbs, which is usually served with cranberry jam.   • 2 camembert cheeses
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • black pepper
  • salt


  • The egg should be mixed with pepper and salt.
  • Coat the cheese first in an egg and then in breadcrumbs (this can be done twice).
  • Warm up the oil in a pan and fry the cheese for about 8 minutes on each side.
  • The cheese must be drained of extra fat. Serve it with cranberry sauce or jam.
