Country potatoes are a way of a simple snack or side dish to a dinner dish, in which meat is the most important. Baked potatoes do not require great cooking craftsmanship and with their exquisite taste they can win picky gourmets’ hearts. They go perfectly with kefir or garlic sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 10 medium potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation:

  • Cut thoroughly washed and dried potatoes into halves and then into small boats.
  • Pour oil into a bowl and add rosemary, red bell pepper and dill. Then season with pepper and salt. Mix everything.
  • Bread potato boats in this mixture and put them into a casserole dish. Bake the dish for about 25 minutes at 190 degrees. Our country potatoes are ready.
