  • 20 shrimps
  • 1 glass flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass breadcrumbs
  • 1 glass coconut flakes
  • coconut oil
  • cayenne pepper


  • Wash and dry the shrimps. Gently dredge them in flour.
  • On the second plate, crack an egg with a fork and mix yolk with egg white. On the third plate, mix breadcrumbs with coconut flakes.
  • One after the other, shrimps should be dipped in egg and coated in breadcrumbs with coconut flakes. They can be dipped in batter twice. Sprinkle the shrimps with cayenne pepper.
  • Warm up coconut oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimps for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Our coconut-flavored shrimps are ready to be served.
