Chicken Tacos

Taco is a dish of Mexican cuisine that goes well with minced meat or fried chicken. You can also choose a different filling – shrimp, or a vegetarian version with fried vegetables. It won't take you much time to prepare this Mexican-style starter.

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 0.9 pound chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • a pinch of chili peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • frying oil
  • coriander, chopped
  • a pinch of salt


  • Cut small circles from flour tortillas and grease them with olive oil. Bake them in the oven for about 5 minutes to make them crispy. These will be our tacos. Put them on a plate.
  • Cut the chicken breast into strips and fry them in oil until golden brown. Add chopped red bell pepper and tomatoes. Mix and fry for a few minutes. Season with salt. Then add chopped coriander and a pinch of chili pepper.
  • Put the filling evenly in the taco. Our chicken tacos are ready.
