  • 0.7 pound chicken breast
  • several slices of bacon
  • 1 green cucumber
  • pepper
  • 2 onions
  • salt
  • paprika powder
  • cayenne pepper


  • Wash and cut chicken breast into small pieces. Mix salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika powder in a bowl. Coat chicken meat in spices.
  • Cut bacon into small slices.
  • Cut the onions and bell pepper into quarters. Cut a cucumber into slices.
  • Layer meat, vegetables and bacon in desired order onto wooden skewers.
  • Cook the chicken skewer on a pre-heated grill for about 50 minutes. When half of the time passed, turn it over and repeat on the other side. Our chicken skewers are ready.
