The basic ingredient of this dish is tortilla, which is stuffed with minced meat (for example beef), vegetables and spices.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 pound minced beef
  • 4 tortillas
  • ½ cup red kidney beans
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 0.2 pound cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • ½ tablespoon coriander
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 chilli pepper

Preparation:

  • Heat oil in a frying pan. Dice an onion and fry it in a pan. Add garlic and peppers, cut into small pieces. Fry everything for a few minutes.
  • Add minced meat to vegetables, frying for a few minutes and stirring thoroughly. When it is cooked, add mixed tomatoes and red kidney beans. Then put spices and herbs in and stir. Fry on low heat for about 8 minutes, covered.
  • Fill the tortillas with stuffing, adding grated cheese. Roll the edges of the tortilla.
  • Put the ready tortillas on an oven rack or baking paper and bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. After putting the tortilla on a plate, decorate it with sour cream. Our burrito is ready.
