Breaded onion rings
Breaded onion rings are a very popular snacks in American bars. If you like fast and simple American cuisine, this will be the perfect recipe to try. Juicy and crunchy onion rings go perfectly with beer or cream-type soups. In addition, their preparation is very easy and inexpensive.

2 large onions
100 g wheat flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
½ glass milk
1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic
Wash, peel and cut an onion into rings.
Make pancake dough in a bowl (mix flour, egg, breadcrumbs, spices and milk and then gently salt). Let it stand for 10 minutes.
Warm up sunflower oil in a deep pot.
Fry the rings dipped in dough in oil (on both sides) until golden brown. Drain excess of fat from the rings on, for example, a paper towel. After draining, our onion rings are ready to be served.
