With our recipe, you will prepare fish in a crunchy and delicious coating. The coating is very delicate in taste, which is why this dish appeals to children.

  • 0.8 pound fish fillets (e.g. hake, haddock, panga)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 chicken egg
  • bread crumbs
  • ½ tablespoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • salt
  • pepper


  • Defrost fish fillets and then wash and dry them thoroughly, using a paper towel.
  • Salt the fillets, add pepper and sprinkle with flour.
  • Dip the fillet into the beaten egg, and then in breadcrumbs mixed with loose pepper. Coat on both sides (can be done do twice).
  • Fry the breaded fillets for about 8 minutes on each side in the pan. Our breaded fillets are ready.
