  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 12 walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • pepper and salt


  • Fry onion and garlic in butter.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour while stirring well so that no lumps appear. Then add water, salt and pepper. Mix.
  • Add chopped nuts and mustard. Mix thoroughly.
  • Put the sauce into a container. Our nut sauce is ready to be served.
