  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • a bunch of dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish, grated
  • pepper and salt


  • Fry onion and garlic in oil.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour while stirring well so that no lumps appear. Add water, salt and pepper. Mix.
  • Then add the horseradish and mix thoroughly.
  • Put the sauce into a container and sprinkle with dill. Our horseradish sauce is ready.
