Honey-raisin sauce

Category: Sauce

Honey-raisin sauce is an unconventional condiment that will turn ordinary dinner dishes into interesting culinary inspirations. The sweetness of raisins wrapped in the taste of wine goes perfectly with the taste of a delicate onion. This sauce works well with roasted meats, e.g. beef or pork.
