    Ingredients for garlic sauce:

  • 18 fl oz Greek Yogurt (370g)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • fresh/dried basil
  • fresh/dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation of garlic sauce:

  • Pour the yogurt into a small bowl.
  • Prepare garlic and chop it or grate very fine. Wash the fresh basil and oregano and chop it as well and add it to the yogurt or if dried just place it right into the yogurt.
  • Season with some salt and pepper and stir the ingredients. Healthy Garlic Sauce is ready!
