  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • ½ batavia lettuce
  • 1 package goat cheese
  • a pinch of Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • a pinch of Herbes de Provence
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • a few slices of bacon
  • sunflower oil


  • Wash the lettuces and cut them into thin strips. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  • Warm up sunflower oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the bacon until golden brown. Then drain the bacon.
  • In a glass mix lemon juice, olive oil, Herbes de Provence and the rest of spices.
  • Mix the salad in a bowl and then add goat cheese and bacon. Pour the dressing on the dish and sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese. Our salad is ready.
