Ingredients for Greek Salad:

  • 9 oz (250g) feta cheese
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 jar (5 oz) pitted black olives
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • pinch of oregano
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation of Greek Salad

  • Cut lettuce into medium cubes and put into the bowl. Slice onion and cucumber thinly, cut cherry tomatoes into quarters and dice feta cheese, then add everything to the lettuce.
  • Stir all ingredients, pour oil and juice over them and stir again gently. Season with oregano, Greek Salad is ready!
