French salad is a great idea for dinner. It works perfectly as a single, separate dish. However, it can also be a side dish to crisp bread, such as slices of bread or delicious croutons. Goat cheese has a specific taste which is very nicely enhanced by dried tomatoes and shallots - a symbol of French dishes. Olive oil, in which you can soak the bread, is worth adding to the salad.
Wash the lettuce and cut it into smaller pieces. Add the cut shallot, diced goat cheese, crushed nuts, dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Then mix.
Plate the salad. Prepare the sauce in a dish. Pour half of a lemon juice into the olive oil. Then add salt, pepper and parsley. Mix and pour it on the lettuce. Decorate the dish with sliced fig. Our French salad is ready.
