French salad is a great idea for dinner. It works perfectly as a single, separate dish. However, it can also be a side dish to crisp bread, such as slices of bread or delicious croutons. Goat cheese has a specific taste which is very nicely enhanced by dried tomatoes and shallots - a symbol of French dishes. Olive oil, in which you can soak the bread, is worth adding to the salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lettuce
  • dried tomatoes
  • 3.5 ounce goat cheese
  • a few walnuts
  • shallot, sliced
  • Parmesan flakes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • parsley
  • fig
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:

  • Wash the lettuce and cut it into smaller pieces. Add the cut shallot, diced goat cheese, crushed nuts, dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Then mix.
  • Plate the salad. Prepare the sauce in a dish. Pour half of a lemon juice into the olive oil. Then add salt, pepper and parsley. Mix and pour it on the lettuce. Decorate the dish with sliced fig. Our French salad is ready.
