Ingredients for egg salad:

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Bunch of fresh chive
  • 10 eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation of egg salad

    Boiling eggs

  • Place eggs in a pot and cover them with cool water by 1 inch. Cover pan with a lid and bring water to boil over medium-high heat. When the water has reached a boil, set the timer for the desired time.
  • Boil for about 6 minutes over medium-high heat for hard boiled eggs.
  • Cover boiled eggs with cold water and let cool.
  • Making salad

  • Peel eggs and chop or cut in small pieces. Place chopped eggs in a bowl.
  • Chop chives and add to the same bowl. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. At the end add mayonnaise and stir. Your fast and easy egg salad is ready to make sandwiches with.
