This delicious and healthy salad contains also some Dijon mustard flavor and that’s why this salad has deep and great taste.

    Ingredients for caesar salad:

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 2 slices day-old bread
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 10 oz chicken breasts boneless/skinless
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

    Preparation of caesar salad:

  • Cut chicken breast in thick slices season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan on medium high-heat until golden color.
  • Prepare a small bowl and put there 3 chopped cloves of garlic, add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste and let it cool in the fridge.
  • Prepare the remaining 3 cloves of garlic and cut into quarters. Heat oil in a pan and add this garlic. Cook until brown color to make this oil garlic flavor, then remove the garlic from a pan.
  • Dice bread slices and put into this pan. Stir from time to time and cook until golden-brown color. Place croutons on a plate.
  • Cut washed lettuce into medium cubes, then add prepared sauce and croutons and stir ingredients until mixed. Bon appetit.
