This delicious and healthy salad contains also some Dijon mustard flavor and that’s why this salad has deep and great taste.

Cut chicken breast in thick slices season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan on medium high-heat until golden color.
Prepare a small bowl and put there 3 chopped cloves of garlic, add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste and let it cool in the fridge.
Prepare the remaining 3 cloves of garlic and cut into quarters. Heat oil in a pan and add this garlic. Cook until brown color to make this oil garlic flavor, then remove the garlic from a pan.
Dice bread slices and put into this pan. Stir from time to time and cook until golden-brown color. Place croutons on a plate.
Cut washed lettuce into medium cubes, then add prepared sauce and croutons and stir ingredients until mixed. Bon appetit.
