  • 1,1 pound broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ lemon rind, washed
  • ½ chili pepper, diced
  • ½ tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • ½ tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • black pepper
  • salt


  • Cook the broccoli pieces, covered, for about 15 minutes until they are tender.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and add a clove of garlic. Fry until garlic is tender. Add drained broccoli, lemon rind and lemon juice.
  • Heat it all up and add chili.
  • Serve the dish on plates and decorate with sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
