  • 2 bunches fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons ground almonds
  • 1 tablespoon ground pine nuts
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 80 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove

  • Garlic should be peeled and crushed. Add garlic, chopped basil and olive oil to the blender. Then put in Parmesan cheese and spices. You can also mix the ingredients in a pot with a hand blender.
  • Combine all ingredients thoroughly and heat the pesto gently.
  • Cook pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain the pasta and divide it into portions.
  • Pour the sauce on the pasta and then sprinkle the dish with grated Parmesan cheese. Our Italian dish is ready.
