1 packet spaghetti
16 large shrimps
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon pepper
a pinch of salt
a pinch of Sichuan pepper
Boil water in a saucepan. When it starts to boil, put in the shrimps and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain the shrimps.
In a second pot with salted water, cook the pasta according to the recipe on the packaging. Then drain the pasta.
Put the pasta evenly into deep plates. Drizzle with olive oil.
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan.
In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of olive oil with sweet paprika, ginger, pepper, Sichuan pepper and salt. Put the shrimps into the mixture, coat them in spices and then drain.
Fry the shrimps for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Put the shrimps on plates and pour the remaining "sauce" on them. Decorate with parsley. Our shrimp pasta is ready.
