  • Half broccoli cutted into small florets
  • Sliced onion
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 0.9 pound peeled potatoes, cut into slices
  • 0.2 pound sliced bacon
  • 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese

  • Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the onions. When we are fine, we also add potatoes and a little water. Cook until the potatoes are soft.
  • Mix the potatoes for cream, add salt and pepper.
