Classic Pork Spaghetti
Spaghetti is popular all over the world. Its popularity spread throughout Italy. Italian cuisine is adored by many people. This thin and long pasta with sauce stole millions of hearts. Commonly Classic Spaghetti is prepared with 2 most important herbs for this dish: basil and oregano.

Ingredients for pork spaghetti:
2 lbs (900g) pork mince
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
3 teaspoons fresh/dried basil
3 teaspoons fresh/dried oregano
2 teaspoons fresh/dried parsley
1 lb (450g) thin spaghetti
7 oz (200g) red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
15 oz (425g) can tomato sauce
28 oz (800g) can diced tomatoes
6 oz (170g) can tomato paste
4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon oil
Preparation of pork spaghetti
Chop onion and mince garlic, then dice paprika. Chop herbs if you have them fresh not dried. You can leave few basil leaves for decorating dish.
Pour oil into a pan. Heat a pan on medium high-heat. Add red pepper, pork mince, garlic, onion, stir from time to time. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Grind pepper. Season with salt and pepper, then add parsley, basil and oregano.
Bring this mixture to boil. Reduce heat and simmer this sauce for 30-50 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, you can add some water and simmer it again.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain it.
Place some cooked spaghetti on a plate and pour the sauce over. At the end sprinkle with parmesan cheese and decorate with basil leaves. Bon appétit.
