    Ingredients for teriyaki chicken:

  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 10 chicken drumsticks/chicken things
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • pinch of chili powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • sesame seeds

    Preparation of teriyaki chicken

  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Mince garlic or chop it finely. Add garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, chili powder, cold water, cornstarch to a small pot. Stir from time to time, bring it to boil and cook until the sauce is thickened.
  • Soak chicken in prepared sauce and then put in a baking pan.
  • Bake in oven for 30 minutes, turn chicken over and bake again for 30 minutes. During baking brush chicken with sauce every 15 minutes. Chicken is already almost ready to serve. Before serving sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds, bon appétit.
