  • 1.7 pound pork tenderloin in 8 pieces
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 400 ml cream 36%
  • 2 tablespoons pickled green pepper


  • The meat should be rubbed with oil mixed with black pepper and coriander.
