Sweet Shrimp with Vegetables

Shrimps are a very good alternative to meat and fish – they contain less calories and are delicate in taste. They are also rich in nutrients and go perfectly with vegetables and sauces. The sweetness of the carrot will emphasize the taste of shrimps’ meat and soy sauce will add character to this dish. We can serve rice or pasta as a side dish.

Sweet Shrimp with Vegetables

  • 16 shrimps
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ broccoli
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • pepper
  • salt


  • Cut the broccoli into florets and cook them for about 15 minutes.
  • Warm up the oil in a pan, add thinly chopped onion and carrots. Fry lightly and blanch the vegetables.
  • Heat oil in a second pan and fry the shrimps for about 3 minutes on each side.
  • Add drained broccoli and shrimps to the pan with the vegetables. Season with spices and pour soy sauce. Fry everything for about 2 minutes. Our dish is ready.
