  • 1 whole fresh chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme


  • Wash and dry the chicken. Rub it thoroughly with olive oil.
  • Mix the loose spices in a bowl so that they come together. Sprinkle the chicken with the mixture of spices and gently rub it in until the meat is completely covered with spices.
  • Put the meat into a shallow casserole dish and place in the oven at 200 degrees. Bake for about 70 - 80 minutes. Halfway through roasting, turn the chicken over and occasionally pour the juice, released from the meat, on it. Thanks to this, the chicken will be juicy and tasty. When the time of baking is up, our chicken should be ready.
