1.3 pound duck breast meat
a few sprigs of rosemary
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 garlic clove
Duck breast should be washed, dried and divided into equal parts.
Crush a garlic clove. Rub the meat evenly with salt, garlic and pepper.
Peel the citruses and cut them into slices. An onion and apples should also be peeled and cut into slices.
Put duck meat in a casserole dish. Wrap it with citruses, onion and apples. Pour honey, oil and a little water on everything.
Bake the meat for about 80 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. If desired, several tablespoons of flour can be added to the sauce to thicken it. Our refined dish is ready.
