Thanksgiving is one of the most popular holidays in the United States. It is celebrated on the last Thursday of November, in memory of the first harvest festival of the inhabitants of the Plymouth colony, which took place in the 17th century. The most famous dish served on that day is roasted turkey. You can also easily prepare such a dish in the comfort of your own home. It will fit perfectly as a main dinner dish for a large family.

Next, reduce the temperature to about 180 degrees and bake for about 2 - 2.5 hours, depending on the weight of the turkey. When the turkey’s skin is golden brown and the meat is very hot inside – the dish is ready to be served.
