0.5 pound beef clod
0.3 pound ribs, smoked
0.2 pound bacon
1 pound black beans
1 tablespoon coriander, chopped
1 garlic clove
Place beef, ribs and bacon in a deep pot and pour them with water. Add bay leaves and a few grains of allspice to taste. Cook for about an hour until the meat is tender.
Drain the black beans and mix, then add to the meat.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chopped hot pepper, onion and garlic. When they are fried, add the ingredients to the pot with the meat.
Heat the whole dish and cook for about 15 minutes on low heat, covered. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with fresh coriander. Our stew is ready.
