  • 0.5 pound beef steak (from the shoulder)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • oregano


  • Rinse the meat and dry it thoroughly, e.g. with a paper towel. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper on both sides, rub in hard.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan. Put in the meat and bake for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Melt butter in the pan, then add herbs and garlic. Mix thoroughly. Bake the steak for about 4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve the steak on a plate, topped with sauce. If necessary, add salt and pepper. Our steak is ready.
