1 kg pork neck
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon sweet mustard
2 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon hot paprika powder
1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
Wash and dry the neck, then divide it into four slices.
Mix ketchup, mustard and vegetable oil in a bowl. Add spices and mix until all ingredients combine.
Cover the slices of meat with marinade, rubbing it thoroughly. Cover the pot, with marinated meat, with foil and leave it in the fridge for an hour.
Roast the neck on a pre-heated grill for 15 to 25 minutes on each side until the meat is well-roasted. Our neck is ready.
