  • 1 kg pork neck
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sweet mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon hot paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
  • salt
  • pepper


  • Wash and dry the neck, then divide it into four slices.
  • Mix ketchup, mustard and vegetable oil in a bowl. Add spices and mix until all ingredients combine.
  • Cover the slices of meat with marinade, rubbing it thoroughly. Cover the pot, with marinated meat, with foil and leave it in the fridge for an hour.
  • Roast the neck on a pre-heated grill for 15 to 25 minutes on each side until the meat is well-roasted. Our neck is ready.
