  • 4 chicken legs
  • 200 ml thick yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ground sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • a pinch of salt


  • Chicken legs should be washed, dried and rubbed with salt. Put them into a deep bowl and then pour yogurt in.
  • Add all the spices and mix. Let the meat rest for several minutes.
