  • 0.9 pound pork from the shoulder bone

  • 1 ounce oil
  • 1 ounce onions
  • 0.65 pound sauerkraut
  • Clove of garlic
  • Sweet pepper


  • The meat should be cut into pieces and gently salt and coat in flour.
