Roasted ribs with honey are an interesting alternative of a popular dish. We associate their juicy taste with summer moments, parties with a lot of friends or barbecues. With our recipe, you can make this dish in the comfort of your home, e.g. in a casserole dish. The delicate honey flavor goes perfectly with the other ingredients of the marinade and makes us warm on winter days.

  • 1 pound pork ribs
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pepper


  • Garlic should be crushed and then we add honey, tomato paste, soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Wash, dry and divide pork ribs into equal parts.
  • Arrange the pieces in a casserole dish, rubbing them with the marinade. Put the dish in the fridge for a few hours. In the meantime, there is a possibility to rub it again with the marinade that dripped to the bottom of the casserole dish.
  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and put the uncovered dish with ribs. Bake for about 80 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time. Bake until the sauce thickens and the ribs turn golden brown.
