Grilled pork chop
Pork chop is one of the most famous Polish dishes. It’s usually served during Sunday dinner with potatoes and sauerkraut. You can make this simple dish in a couple of minutes. It's a great way for a family dinner, when everything must go well.
Cook time: 15 min
1 pound pork loin
a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon paprika powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ tablespoon ground pepper
Meat should be washed and cut into several slices. Then tenderize the slices of meat with a meat mallet.
Rub the meat thoroughly with spices and vegetable oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put the pork chops on the grill and bake them for about 15 minutes on each side. Our pork chops are ready.
