  • 1 pound chicken breast meat (4 pieces)
  • 3.5 ounce Parma ham
  • 2 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • salt
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter


  • Wash and drain the meat. Then sprinkle it with basil, pepper and salt.
  • Wrap the pieces of meat in Parma ham.
  • Warm up butter in a frying pan and then fry the pieces of meat.
