    Ingredients for buffalo chicken wings:

  • pinch of garlic powder
  • 10 chicken wings
  • ½ cup flour
  • pinch of pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • oil
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup butter

    Preparation of chicken wings

  • Place the salt, cayenne pepper, paprika and flour in a bowl and mix this ingredients. Coat chicken wings with this mixture, put them on a plate and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Pour the oil inside the fryer and heat it to 190-200 degrees. Fry wings for about 15 minutes or until golden brown color.
  • During this you can prepare spicy sauce. To make it you need to place some garlic powder, butter, hot sauce and pepper into a small pan on low heat.
