Ingredients for buffalo chicken wings:

pinch of garlic powder
10 chicken wings
½ cup flour
pinch of pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ cup hot sauce
¼ teaspoon salt
oil
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ cup butter

Preparation of chicken wings

Place the salt, cayenne pepper, paprika and flour in a bowl and mix this ingredients. Coat chicken wings with this mixture, put them on a plate and refrigerate for an hour.
Pour the oil inside the fryer and heat it to 190-200 degrees. Fry wings for about 15 minutes or until golden brown color.
During this you can prepare spicy sauce. To make it you need to place some garlic powder, butter, hot sauce and pepper into a small pan on low heat.
