The cutlets prepared in this way are delicate in taste, and thanks to a simple coating, the juicy flavor of meat is clearly perceptible. It is a traditional Polish dish – you do not need too many ingredients to prepare it. In addition, the preparation of such chops is very easy so you can involve children in the process of cooking.

  • 1 pound pork meat
  • 2 eggs
  • vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.2 pound breadcrumbs
  • 1.7 ounce flour
  • a pinch of salt


  • Wash, divide and dry the meat. Season the dried meat with pepper and salt.
  • Gently sprinkle each piece with flour, then coat in egg and breadcrumbs. Bread each piece of meat this way twice.
  • Warm up the vegetable oil in the pan and bake the chops for about 5 minutes on each side until the meat is tender. Our chops are ready. We can serve them with potatoes, fries and salad.
