Together with the crispy chicken and soy sauce, they are a very interesting composition. Its mildness can be enhanced by the taste of hot peppers that will create an amazing flavor to this Asian dish.

  • 0.8 pound chicken breast meat
  • frying oil
  • salt
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ cup wheat flour
  • ¼ cup potato starch
  • ½ glass cold water
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 0.2 pound white cabbage
  • 0.2 pound bamboo
  • hot pepper
  • soy sauce


  • Wash, cut into pieces and dry the meat.
  • In a deep dish mix flour, egg white, cold water, baking powder and a tablespoon of oil. Combine everything.
  • Sprinkle the meat with flour and then coat it in breadcrumbs. Fry the pieces of chicken in a deep fat for about 5 minutes on each side.
  • Warm up the oil in a small frying pan. Julienne a cabbage, bamboo and hot pepper and then fry them. Season with soy sauce. Add the meat and fry it for a few more minutes. Our Asian dish is ready.
