Almond chicken breasts are a very interesting suggestion for a starter or dinner. The meat prepared in this way is very juicy and has a crispy skin, while the almonds give it an interesting flavor. The taste is enhanced by red bell peppers, fresh parsley and sesame.
Chicken breasts should be washed, dried and cut in half. Salt the breasts and season with pepper. Then slightly tenderize the meat.
Mix an egg with a tablespoon of water in a bowl. Bread each chicken breast and then sprinkle them with almond flakes while pressing firmly.
Fry the chicken breasts in heated oil on both sides until the almonds are golden brown. Turn them over. Drain the chops and place them in a large bowl. Add red bell pepper and then sprinkle the dish with parsley and sesame seeds. Our almond chicken is ready.
