Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • a handful of chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons sesame
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 0,3 pound almond flakes
  • oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg

Preparation:

  • Chicken breasts should be washed, dried and cut in half. Salt the breasts and season with pepper. Then slightly tenderize the meat.
  • Mix an egg with a tablespoon of water in a bowl. Bread each chicken breast and then sprinkle them with almond flakes while pressing firmly.
  • Fry the chicken breasts in heated oil on both sides until the almonds are golden brown. Turn them over. Drain the chops and place them in a large bowl. Add red bell pepper and then sprinkle the dish with parsley and sesame seeds. Our almond chicken is ready.
