It’s not so easy to make ideal pizza dough, but if you exactly follow this recipe, you will be able to make the best pizza dough you have ever made at home.

    Ingredients for pizza dough:

  • 8 fl oz (225ml) warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fine sugar
  • ¼ oz (7g) instant yeast
  • 13 oz (375g) plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

    Preparation of pizza dough:

  • Combine sugar, flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl. Mix this, add oil and warm water and mix again for few minutes. Cover with towel and set aside for 1hour if you want dough to rise, but it’s not essential for a thin crust.
  • Spread out on a large pizza pan or baking sheet. Top as desired. Bake at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
