  • 8 slices of bread
  • A little of butter
  • 3.5 ounce Parma ham
  • Black olives, about 24 pieces
  • red onion, sliced
  • mozzarella cheese, sliced


  • Preheat an oven to about 200 degrees.
  • Grease slices of bread with butter and cover evenly with sliced mozzarella cheese.
  • Put the Parma ham on the cheese and then add chopped black olives and red onion on top. We put a slice of bread on top and create our sandwich.
  • Bake the sandwiches in an oven for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown. Our Italian sandwiches with Parma ham are ready to be served.
