Classic Beef Burgers

Burger is one of the biggest America symbols. Almost every restaurant has burger in its menu. I actually prefer to make it at home because I can make one with all ingredients I want and it costs much cheaper than in the restaurant. Classic Beef Burgers done with this recipe takes only 30 minutes to make them. I really like tasty dishes which can be done fast, so that’s why I added this recipe to my cookbook forever.

    Ingredients for beef burgers:

  • 8 oz grams cheese
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 12 oz grams ground chuck
  • 12 oz grams ground sirloin
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 cup lager beer
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 hamburger buns

    Preparation of beef Burgers

  • Grate the cheese, put it into a small bowl with some cornstarch and stir.
  • Grate the garlic. Take a pot, pour lager inside it and add garlic, simmer this mixture until it brings to boil. Place there cheese mixture as well and again bring it to boil. Add the mustard, season with pepper and salt, stir and simmer it until the liquid is thick. Keep warm over low heat.
  • Put the sirloin and chuck into a bowl and softly knead the meat and stir it. Form meat into 4 patties about 2-3 centimeters thick. Put them on a plastic wrap. Season prepared burgers with pepper and salt.
  • Melt the butter. Brush the cut sides of the buns with the melted butter.
  • Light a grill. Wait until the fire is medium hot and grill the burgers for about 15 minutes, turning once for medium heat. If the burgers are grilled, take them away on a plate and put the half buns, let them toast.
  • On the bottom of 4 half of bun put one lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato. Then place a burger and pour it with some cheese sauce. Cover burger with other half of bun and the classic beef burger is ready to serve.
