The secret of the best chicken wings is the right coating and dough, thanks to which the chicken is seasoned properly with a crispy coating and juicy interior.

- 2.2 pound chicken wings
- 2 glasses flour type 450
- 150 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- oil
Preparation:
Wash and dry the chicken wings. Sprinkle them with salt, sweet paprika and cayenne pepper. Let them stand for a few minutes.
Add milk, eggs, a glass of flour and spices into a bowl. Mix everything with a whisk.
Put the chicken wings in the dough and leave them in the fridge for half an hour.
Pour oil (preferably canola oil) into a deep frying pan to fill it. Heat the oil.
Pour flour into the bowl and bread the chicken wings in the coating. Next, put them in hot oil. Fry for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Then drain them. Our wings are ready to eat.
